Do you take my insurance?
We accept most major PPO dental plans and file the claim on your behalf, so you are not left dealing with paperwork. If you are unsure about your coverage, call us and we will check before your visit. No insurance is fine too, just ask about our membership plan and monthly payment options.
I get really nervous at the dentist. Can you help?
Yes, and you are far from alone. Let us know when you book and we will schedule extra time, explain every step before we do it, and pause whenever you need to. Many of our most anxious patients now come in without a second thought.
What happens at my first visit?
Your first appointment is unhurried. We do a gentle exam and any needed x-rays, talk through what we see, and give you a clear written plan with no pressure to commit. You leave knowing exactly where you stand and what anything would cost.
Do you see dental emergencies?
We do. If you have a toothache, swelling or a broken tooth, call us as early as you can and we will do our best to see you the same day. Emergencies are prioritized.
Where are you and what are your hours?
We are in downtown Seattle on Pine Street. We are open Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm and Saturdays from 9am to 2pm, so you can find a time that fits around work.
