Our story

Built by lifters, for people who want to get strong.

FORGE started because the founders were tired of gyms that felt like a row of screens and mirrors. They wanted a room where coaching came first, where a beginner and a competitor could train in the same hour and both walk out better.

So the philosophy is simple. Coach every rep that matters. Scale the work to the person in front of you, not the program on paper. And build strength that shows up outside the gym, in the way you carry your kids, your luggage and the rest of your day.
